To bring together and assist Lao people who have chosen to come to settle in Ontario, Canada;

To facilitate access to appropriate programs & services on behalf of newcomers;

To assist Lao people integrate into Canadian society;

To promote Lao customs & culture; and

To exchange information and culture among Lao, Canadian and other ethno-specific groups.
